Chris Neal, MD, FAANS, is a Captain in the US Navy and has served as the military's neurosurgery residency program director at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center since 2015. He is a professor of surgery at the Uniformed Services University and is a Masters candidate in the Health Professions Education program, studying feedback.
