One of the most exciting projects undertaken by the Joint Section on Cerebrovascular Surgery is the upcoming combined Annual Meeting with the American Society of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (ASITN). This will be the first meeting held jointly with the ASITN and it will take place in Orlando from February 1 – 4, 1998.
The Scientific Program of this Annual Meeting will focus on innovations in the management and outcomes analysis of cerebrovascular disease, including aneurysms, AVMs, ischemic disease and other cerebrovascular disorders. The format includes both separate and combined interventional and surgical sessions, and internationally recognized experts in both surgical and endovascular treatments will participate in discussions, case presentations, seminars and abstract presentations.
