A practicing neurosurgeon with a subspecialty interest in minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, Dr. Knightly is the past-president, Atlantic Neurosurgical Specialists and Altair Health, as well as chief of Quality Department of Neurosurgery Atlantic Neuroscience Institute. He is also currently co-chairman, Board of Directors, for NeuroPoint Alliance, a founding member of the executive committee of the American Spinal Registry and vice-chairmen and eirector on the American Board of Neurological Surgeons.
