Jeffrey Blount MD, MPH, FAANS

Jeffrey P. Blount, MD, MPH, FAANS, is professor and chair of the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Children’s of Alabama. He is the co-founder of GAPSBIF and serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Neurosurgery- Pediatrics, Neurosurgery and Child’s Nervous System. He is former chair of the Professional Advisory Council of the Spina Bifida Association of America and is medical director of the UAB Comprehensive Spina Bifida Program.
