In this study, researchers identified a combination of all natural ingredients that are widely available in health food stores that have shown anti-aging properties. These properties may be able to prevent or revers massive brain cell loss and slow the progress of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, ALS and Parkinson’s. “The findings are dramatic, Says Jennifer Lemon, research associate in the Department of Biology and a lead author of the study. “Our hope is that this supplement could offset some very serious illnesses and ultimately improve quality of life.” This formula contains ingredients such as vitamins B, D and D, folic acid, green tea extract, cod liver oil among others.
